Registration Term and Conditions
GENERAL ENROLMENT CONDITIONS
Fees are to be paid strictly in advance and are non-refundable.
Enrolment forms for students under 18 years of age must be signed by a legal guardian.
All students must be collected immediately after class. No responsibility is taken by the school for students outside class time.
No jewellery is to be worn in class with the exception of stud earrings.
Correct ballet uniform must be worn at all times.
Hair MUST be tied up, and in a bun from Grade 1 upwards.
No valuables to be left on premises. No responsibility will be taken by the school for lost or stolen property. PLEASE LABEL UNIFORMS.
Parents are not permitted in the studio during class times, except on viewing days or when invited by the Director.
All students are expected to behave in a disciplined and respectful manner. Not only is this basic courtesy, but it is also for the health, safety and enjoyment of all class participants.
Dancing is a strenuous activity from which injuries can arise. The Turning Pointe School of Ballet, Sophia Bailey or members of staff are NOT LIABLE for personal injuries. Please inform the school/staff of any physical limitations your child may have. If you are in doubt, please consult your physician before allowing them to participate.
Professional photographs are taken from time to time for promotional purposes or to record performances. Performance photographs are available exclusively for parents/legal guardians to purchase. However, it is impossible for the ballet school to prevent parents from sharing to social media purchased photos that may include your child(ren).
Students will be put forward for examinations and promoted from one level to the next at the discretion of the Director. Only the students the Director feels are ready will be put in for exams, and this decision is final.
All parents, legal guardians and students over 18 years of age must adhere to the Enrolment Conditions by signing the form overleaf in order to participate with this ballet school.
